With this awareness, we handle all types of personal data belonging to individuals associated with Insurelab, including those benefiting from our products and services, in compliance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698 ("PDPL"), which has been approved by the Turkish Grand National Assembly. We are committed to processing and storing your personal data with great care, fully aware of our responsibility, within the legal limits set by the legislation.

Collection, Processing, and Purpose of Processing Personal DataYour personal data may be collected by Insurelab through various methods such as verbal, written, or electronic means, including offices, websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar channels, depending on the product, service, or commercial activity provided by Insurelab. Your personal data may be processed and updated as long as you benefit from Insurelab's products and services. Additionally, when you use our website with the intention of using Insurelab services, your personal data may be processed. The collected personal data will be processed within the scope of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL, including conducting necessary studies by our relevant departments to provide you with the products and services offered by Insurelab, customizing Insurelab's products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring legal and commercial security of individuals in business relations with Insurelab, determining and implementing Insurelab's commercial and business strategies, and ensuring the implementation of Insurelab's human resources policies.Transfer of Processed Personal Data and RecipientsYour collected personal data may be transferred to our business partners, suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and private individuals within the framework of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the PDPL, for the purpose of conducting necessary studies by our departments to provide you with the products and services offered by Insurelab, customizing Insurelab's products and services according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring legal and commercial security of individuals in business relations with Insurelab, and determining and implementing Insurelab's commercial and business strategies.Method and Legal Basis of Personal Data CollectionYour personal data is collected through any means, including verbal, written, or electronic methods, by Insurelab in line with the purposes mentioned above, aiming to fulfill Insurelab's contractual and legal responsibilities within the legal framework. The personal data collected for this legal reason may be processed and transferred for the purposes stated in items (1) and (2) of this text within the scope of the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the PDPL.Rights of the Personal Data Owner under Article 11 of the PDPL

As personal data owners, you have the right to:
1. Learn whether personal data is processed,
2. Request information if personal data has been processed,
3. Learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
4. Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
5. Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of this correction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
6. Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and request notification of this deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
7. Object to the occurrence of a result against the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
8. Demand compensation in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

If You Wish to Contact Us for Your Rights and RequestsIf you wish to contact us for your rights and requests, you can personally deliver your requests to our address at Yüzbaşı Kaya Aldoğan Sokak Pardus Plaza No:4, Inner Door No:4, Şişli, Istanbul or send them by post with acknowledgment of receipt or through a notary. Additionally, in accordance with the 5th article of the "Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller," you can send your requests to the email address insurelab@hs02.kep.tr  using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to us and registered in our systems.
